No Fail Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe

Below chocolate cake recipe is the simplest recipe. Best thing is ingredients are so easily available in every kitchen. You don't need to rush to a shopping store for any ingredient.

Here is your no fail recipe...So guys enjoy and happy baking!!!


Ingredients required:

All purpose flour – 1 ½ cups / 215 grams
Granulated Sugar – 1 cup / 214 grams
Cocoa powder – 1/2 cup/ cup / 43 grams
Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Milk- 1/2 cup/240ml
Oil – ½ cup / 118 ml</li>
Pure Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
Vinegar – 2 tsp

Instructions

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F or 180 degree C.

Step 2. Line the cake tray with butter sheet

Step 3.  Sieve and Mix all dry ingredients (All purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt)

Step 4. Add vinegar to milk and let it stand for a minute . Add oil in it.

Step 6. Mix liquid in the dry ingredients - whip it till till the batter is smooth and no lumps - don't over beat (it takes not more than 50 sec)

Step 6. Pour the mixture in cake tray and bake it in pre-heated oven for about 20-25 minutes (do toothpick test to check)

Step 7. Remove it from oven and let them cool completely before frosting.











Notes:

-You can store this cake upto 3 days at room temperature and for 1 week in the fridge.{Unfrosted)
- wrap the cake with cellophane before putting it in fridge
- vinegar+milk = buttermilk
